A hardware upgrade of existing Industrial Hot Water Heat Pumps was conducted to provide remote monitoring and relay the device state back to the manufacture and service centre.
This enabled our client to anticipate faults, and/or diagnose them before dispatching technicians. This has facilitated unsurpassed quality of service, where faults were able to be remedied before the customer feels a temperature difference at the tap. Additionally, planned preventative maintenance can be better scheduled, resulting in fewer fault responses, allowing the business to run more efficiently.
The solution retrofitted onto the Heat pumps' industrial interface and piped the data back to the client's web portal. A hot topic. Smart business.
