Ben Birch - Managing Director

Ben is an Ex-Naval Engineer specializing in control and systems engineering. He has held a series of governance and leadership roles throughout his varied career including directorships and project management. He holds both a BE(Mechatronics) and MSc (Engineering and Management) backed up with 10 years of engineering in the harshest of environments, where reliability was never optional.

Steven Dirven - Technical Director

Steven has a background in engineering design and technology transfer between industries, having deployed projects in both the medical and aviation sectors. He holds a PhD in Mechatronics Engineering, and brings a wealth of research commercialisation experience. His focus is on building value into both the hardware and software technology stacks.

Duncan Chisholm - Sales Director

During his early career as an RF Coverage Engineer, Duncan specialised in the computer modelling, planning, implementation and field testing of a variety of long range wireless networks in NZ, AU and the UK. Since then he has held Project and Business Development Manager roles with a demonstrated history of working on transformational and mission critical nationwide wireless projects in aviation, public transportation, digital television, M2M and IoT. Duncan seeded and developed a business case for bringing the first global IoT network technology to New Zealand and subsequently managed the initial testing and roll-out of that network.
